Getting Access To Search Warrants
Maybe you’ve run into this problem before. You’re thinking about hiring someone but you want to make sure they don’t have a warrant for their arrest. Where do you start?
If you’re like most people you’ll probably look to your local public records office or even call the police department. Depending on where you live this may or may not work well for you.
But here’s an even bigger problem. What if this person has a warrant for their arrest outside of the county you live in? You would never even know about it.
This was just one of the problems I faced when I worked in the human resources department at my company. When you hire people you really should do a background check. But where do you start?
Its problems like these that got me thinking about starting a blog about it and that became this site that you’re on now.
I made this blog to give you my best resources for doing arrest warrant searches using the Internet and your home computer (or smartphone).
Be careful there are some sites out there that just don’t give you complete records. I know because I’ve cross checked them against other resources. I’ll be sure to point these out as I find them.
Now that you know why I made this blog head on in and take a look. If you work in the HR department at your company you’re bound to find some good tips for screening out people with warrants for their arrest.
